Control cabinet

Control cabinet is the core of the whole device. It features all the necessary electrical control equipment and connections, vacuum pump, coolant distribution unit, and HMI with touchscreen for user-friendly device operation.

Melting type Arc-melting module

Basic vacuum-tigh chamber for atomization with arc or plasma melting. Allows for processing of materials like:

Ferrous alloys
Ti, Ni, Pt, Ir based alloys,
Refractory metals such as W, Ta, V, Mo, Nb, Re, etc. including High Entropy Alloys
Metal Matrix Composite powders and amorphous

Would you like to process low melting and volatile materials and precious metals? Induction module

Equipped with induction furnace allows for processing of materials like:

low melting and volatile materials eg. Sn, Zn, Mg, Pb, and Al alloys
materials with high thermal capacities and conductivities
precious metals like Cu, Ag, and Au alloys

Melting details Which type of torch would you like to use?* Choose at least one option:

Focused plasma torch

Provides higher energy density for easier processing of high melting (especially refractory) alloys. Easier to use, with less frequent consumables replacement.

TIG torch

Allows to melt most of the alloying systems that can be processed with arc or plasma. Requires more frequent consumable replacement and operator skills.

Optional equipment Recirculation

Provides closed circuit of inert gas with filtration to improve process efficiency, powder quality, and visibility for operator. Thanks to closed circuit system, process gas consumption is reduced and doesn't depend on the process duration.
