Jakub will present AMAZEMET’s Powder2Powder ultrasonic atomization method, which enables the conversion of powder feedstocks—including irregular and out-of-spec material—into high-performance spherical powders ready for additive manufacturing. The process integrates plasma melting and ultrasonic sonotrode technology to produce flowable, fine powders ideal for small-batch alloy development and processing of extreme materials, such as medium-entropy refractory alloys. The talk will also feature insights from LPBF printing trials and case studies on advanced material systems.
