Our Presentation on Ti-based Alloy Development at TITANIUM USA 2025
Łukasz Żrodowski will present a new study on the production of legacy and novel titanium alloys for additive manufacturing. While Laser Powder Bed Fusion has attracted significant attention, the availability of high-quality powder feedstock remains a key challenge. Our research demonstrates how ultrasonic atomization can successfully transform challenging titanium alloys—including recycled and novel compositions—into a form suitable for manufacturing.
