WAM Saudi 2026

From February 15 to 17, 2026, AMAZEMET will be participating in the World Advanced Manufacturing & Logistics (WAM Saudi 2026) in Riyadh. Our team will be available to discuss how ultrasonic atomization serves as a key enabler for localized, on-demand production of high-performance materials.

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is currently undergoing a significant industrial transformation under the Vision 2030 framework. As the region accelerates its manufacturing capabilities, particularly in the aerospace, defense, and energy sectors, the requirement for high-purity, specialized metal powders is becoming a critical bottleneck.

Technical Focus: Overcoming Feedstock Challenges in R&D

For researchers and materials engineers, the ability to control every stage of the material lifecycle is essential. During the event, we will be showcasing how our technology addresses the specific challenges of Additive Manufacturing (AM) and alloy development.

  • Cognitive Manufacturing and Stability: We utilize AI-driven atomization based on real-time melt pool analysis. This ensures process stability and high repeatability, which is critical when working with sensitive or expensive refractory metals.

  • In-House Powder Production: The rePOWDER platform’s compact footprint allows for the cost-effective production of high-quality powders directly in a laboratory environment, eliminating the need for large-scale industrial infrastructure for small-batch research.

  • Rapid Alloy Development: Our systems are designed for multi-batch processing, allowing researchers to go from a custom alloy composition to a spherical powder feedstock within a single day.

  • Feedstock Versatility: Unlike traditional atomization methods that require specific input forms, our technology can process materials in various states, including wire, rods, and even machining chips, supporting circular economy initiatives.

  • Superior Powder Morphology: We focus on achieving near-perfect sphericity and unoxidized surfaces. The resulting powder features a narrow, satellite-free Particle Size Distribution (PSD), optimized for high flowability and packing density in Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF).

🤝 Strengthening the R&D Ecosystem with Aconity3D

Following our collaboration at Formnext 2025, we are pleased to join Aconity3D GmbH at their booth. By combining AMAZEMET’s atomization capabilities with Aconity3D’s flexible printing systems, we offer a comprehensive ecosystem for materials research: from raw elements to the final printed part and subsequent heat treatment.

This synergy allows researchers to iterate faster and validate new materials for extreme environments without relying on external powder suppliers.
