Tomasz Choma Formnext - TMS Fall 2025

We are excited to announce our participation in TMS Fall 2025, held as part of the larger Materials Science & Technology 2025 (MS&T25) conference in Columbus, Ohio. This event is a key meeting point for the global materials community, bringing together researchers, engineers, and industry professionals to share advancements across a wide range of scientific and technical fields.

AMAZEMET will be represented by Tomasz Choma, who will present our latest research on advanced powder production. We look forward to connecting with fellow experts and discussing the future of materials development for extreme environments.

Our Presentation on Refractory MEAs during TMS Fall 2025

Tomasz Choma will present a new study on the production of refractory medium-entropy alloys (MEAs), materials designed to withstand extremely high temperatures. These alloys, with their complex chemistries and high melting points, are notoriously difficult to process into a form suitable for additive manufacturing. Our research demonstrates how ultrasonic plasma atomization can successfully transform these challenging alloys into high-quality powders.

The presentation will cover:

  • Abstract Title: Ultrasonic atomization of Refractory Medium Entropy Alloys powders
  • Speaker: Tomasz Choma
  • Symposium: Additive Manufacturing: Development of Powders
  • Session: Foundations and Advances in Atomization Refractory Powder Production
  • Date: September 30, 2025
  • Time: 9:40 AM – 10:00 AM
  • Location: Convention Center – C160A

This research validates ultrasonic plasma atomization as a valuable method for creating spherical, chemically homogeneous, and microstructurally uniform powders from complex alloys, providing a new pathway for developing materials for high-performance applications.

Connect with AMAZEMET in Columbus

If you are attending TMS Fall 2025 and are interested in learning more about ultrasonic atomization, refractory alloys, or advanced powder development, we encourage you to join our presentation.

We also invite you to visit us at our booth, Stand 212. Our team will be available to answer your questions, demonstrate our technologies, and discuss how we can support your specific research or project needs. We’d also be happy to connect with you directly via LinkedIn to discuss your specific research or project needs. We look forward to a productive event and to seeing you in Columbus!
